Are design task requests truly unlimited?
Totally! Once subscribed, you can add an unlimited number of design requests to your queue, and they will be delivered sequentially, one by one.

Typically, we aim to complete most requests within one to two working days or less on average. However, please keep in mind that more complex requests may require additional time for completion. It's important to note that we do not process or deliver design requests during weekends.
How does the pause feature work?
We understand that your design needs may vary, and you may not have a continuous stream of requests throughout the month. That's why the pausing feature in our Monthly Plan Subscription is beneficial. Our billing cycles operate on a 31-day period. For example, if you sign up and use the service for 20 days before deciding to pause your subscription, the billing cycle will be paused as well, leaving you with 11 remaining days of service to be used at your convenience in the future.

Most requests are designed using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Who are the Artae designers?
Artae is a one-person agency led by myself, Shing, the founder of Artae. This unique setup ensures that you'll have direct collaboration with me for all your design needs. However, for specialized requests such as animations, I collaborate with trusted partner animators to deliver exceptional results.
How do I request designs?
Artae provides exceptional flexibility in design request methods through Trello. Clients have multiple options for submitting their design requests, including direct submission via Trello, sharing Google docs or wireframes, and even recording a brief Loom video for those who prefer a more visual approach. Essentially, any content that can be linked to or shared within Trello is supported for requesting designs.
Is Artae for me if I only got one design request atm?
Definitely! That's why the Monthly plan is the best for you. With Monthly subscription plan, you can pause your subscription once your design needs are fulfilled and resume whenever you have additional requirements. No remaining subscription time is going to waste.
How many revisions do you offer?
If you are not happy with your design, we will persistently refine the design until you are completely satisfied, ensuring your utmost satisfaction.
Do you offer refunds if I am unsatisfied with the service?
Due to the high quality of our work and the nature of the design work process, we do not provide refunds.
When I pause my account, how do I keep track of the subscription days that are left?
If you hit pause on your account and want to get clarity on how many days are left in your subscription, just email artaestudios@gmail.com. Will get back to you within 1 to 3 working days.
